Is the Dining Benefit valid if dining alone?
Yes, as a Gourmet member you're entitled to a 15% discount on the food portion of the bill when dining alone in any participating restaurant.

Can we use two membership cards at one table?
Only one membership card may be used per dining table/dining party. The restaurant will therefore only accept one of the cards and give the discount accordingly.

Can I use my membership card for in-room dining?
Benefits do not extend to in-room dining, but your membership card will be honoured in all participating restaurants listed in this directory.

I lost my membership card. Is this replaceable?
Please contact the Gourmet office on (04) 7022445 and we will issue a replacement membership card with the same expiry date as the original for a small administration fee of AED 79.

Will lost vouchers also be replaced?
As all vouchers are extremely valuable, lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Are the membership card and vouchers valid during Iftar, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day Lunch, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day and Public Holidays?
As the hotel is extremely busy during holiday periods, membership card and vouchers are not valid during these dates, any other promotional events and ‘Blackout Dates.

Can I give my Gourmet Card to someone else to use?
The gourmet card is personalised for your use only, however, a supplementary card can be issued to 01 chosen immediate family for regular card holder and a maximum of 03 immediate family member for infinite cardholder upon request.

Will I be able to receive my dining benefit at the restaurant if I have forgotten my card?
The Gourmet is your identification as being a member of this exclusive membership club. You must, therefore, present a valid membership card after your meal in order to receive this benefit.
